This is my 10th year of walking for the breast cancer cause.  I can't believe how quickly the time has passed and how my involvement has grown in this time.  Since 1998 I have walked in 70 long distance walks (3700 miles) and raised over $677,000 for the cause. 

This year my walking goal is all 8 Avon Walks for Breast Cancer and 7 of the Breast Cancer 3Days.  I will be walking 37 days and taking 1,500,000 steps. My walking goal is part of my plan to reach ONE HUNDRED WALKS.  My fundraising goal is to raise $323,000 so that I can reach my personal goal of  ONE MILLION DOLLARS. 

When I am walking I wear a long cloth banner on my back with the names of my sponsors on white or blue ribbons.  I also wear pink ribbons with the names of people they would like me to walk in honor/memory of.
